These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of Link Puller services and website (linkpuller.com). Link Puller is operated by Link Puller (the “Company”).

By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our services.

1. General Provisions

Company Details: Link Puller is operated by Link Puller, Spring Garden, Road-6 Block-E Shahjalal Uposohor, Sylhet, 3100, Bangladesh.
Scope: These Terms apply to all users (“Users”), whether registered or unregistered, who access or use Link Puller services.
Integration with Other Policies: These Terms incorporate and align with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy published on linkpuller.com. In case of conflict, these Terms will prevail, except where the Refund Policy specifically governs payment disputes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is made by and between you and Link Puller (linkpuller.com). It governs your use of the Services.
By accessing linkpuller.com and using any of the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. You can accept the Terms simply by using the Services, and Link Puller will treat such use as acceptance from that point onwards.
By accessing linkpuller.com, you also agree to the Acceptable Use Policies, Terms of Service, and legal documentation of Paddle, the third-party payment processor used by Link Puller.
You may not use our service for unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities. By using Link Puller, you agree to comply with all applicable laws governing your online conduct and content.
You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your actions related to your use of Link Puller services, regardless of the purpose of use.
If you do not agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policies, please do not use the Services or access linkpuller.com.

3. Definitions

Administration: Representatives of the Link Puller support and operations team.
Account: A unique profile created by a User to access the services.
Publisher/Vendor: A natural or legal person registered with Link Puller to publish content and receive compensation.
Buyer/Client: A natural or legal person registered to purchase guest posting or related services.
Services: Guest posting placements, digital products (including downloadable databases, guides, templates, checklists, and worksheets), and related offerings sold on linkpuller.com.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register and use Link Puller.
By registering, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you will maintain its accuracy.
Accounts are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be resold.

5. Account Responsibilities

To sign up for the Services, you must register for a personal user account (“Account”). You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your Account information updated at all times.
You may not select or use as a username a name: (a) of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (b) subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; or (c) that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account and for keeping your Account password secure.
You may never use another person’s user account or registration information for the Services without permission.
You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account.
You must never publish, distribute, or post login information for your Account.
Although the Company will not be liable for your losses caused by unauthorized use of your Account or the content you maintain in it, you may be liable for the losses of Link Puller or others resulting from such unauthorized use.

6. Services

Nature of Services: Link Puller provides guest posting placements and digital products. Guest posting services are limited to arranging publication on selected publisher domains for the purpose of search engine optimization (SEO) or related marketing objectives.

Digital Products: Link Puller also sells digital products, including downloadable databases, guides, templates, checklists, and worksheets. Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. Once downloaded, a digital product is considered delivered and is non-refundable, except where the file is defective (see the Refund Policy). You may use purchased digital products for your own business purposes, but you may not resell, redistribute, or republish them without our prior written consent.

Use of Keywords/URLs: Link Puller is authorized to use the specific URLs and keywords/phrases provided by Buyers/Clients to develop and improve site ranking in search engines through its Guest Posting Service.

Right to Refuse: Link Puller reserves the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue services for any content, keywords, or websites at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.

Scope of Guarantee:

We guarantee that your article will be published on the selected publisher’s domain, provided it is approved.

We do not guarantee:

That published content or backlinks will remain live indefinitely. Some publishers only guarantee placement for a limited period (e.g., 1 year) or according to their own policies, which are clearly mentioned on each publisher’s order page.
Specific link attributes (e.g., dofollow vs. nofollow), as these are controlled by publishers. The link type is disclosed on each publisher’s order page, but publishers may update their policies at their discretion.
That published content will remain indexed by Google or other search engines, as indexing is determined solely by search engine algorithms. While we make reasonable efforts (including manual indexing requests through publisher search consoles), indexing cannot be guaranteed.
Any particular SEO rankings, traffic improvements, or business outcomes. All numbers, figures, and claims should be considered estimates and speculative in nature.

Placement Duration & Replacement Links: While placements may remain live longer than the minimum duration, link longevity is entirely subject to publisher control. In some cases, Link Puller may attempt to provide a replacement link if a publisher removes previously published backlinks; however, replacements are not guaranteed.

Publisher Control: Publishers retain full editorial rights, including but not limited to formatting, layout, positioning, and removal of content at any time.

Third-Party Websites: The Services may involve links to, or publication on, third-party websites not owned or controlled by Link Puller. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, any third-party content, policies, or practices. By using our Services, you expressly relieve Link Puller from any liability arising from interactions with or reliance upon third-party websites.

7. Payments

All services are prepaid.
By purchasing services, you agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and gateway charges.
If purchasing subscription services, your stored payment method may be auto-charged unless canceled prior to renewal.
Invoices are available via your account under “Order History”.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. By using our services, you also agree to Paddle’s terms of service and acceptable use policies.
All purchases are governed by the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property and User License

Ownership: Users own all content and personal information they provide to Link Puller. All content, design, and intellectual property on linkpuller.com remain the property of the Company.

Non-Exclusive License: By submitting or posting content to the Services, you grant Link Puller and its affiliates a worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process such information and content through our Services and those of others, without further consent, notice, or compensation to you or others.

Privacy: All personal data provided by Users is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our storage, processing, and use of your information as outlined in that policy.

Feedback: By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Link Puller the right to use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation.

Restrictions: Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of Link Puller intellectual property without the Company’s prior written consent.

Prohibited Use: You may not use the Company’s name, brand, or logos in any way implying endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

9. User Obligations

You agree that you will:

Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Provide accurate information to us and keep it updated.
Use your real name on your profile.
Professionally use the Services.

You agree that you will not:

Create a false identity on Link Puller, misrepresent your identity, create a Member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another’s account.
Develop, support, or use software, devices, scripts, robots, or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins, and add-ons, or other technology) to scrape the Services or otherwise copy profiles and data from the Services.
Copy, use, disclose, or distribute any information obtained from the Services, whether directly or through third parties (such as search engines), without the consent of Link Puller.
Disclose information you do not have the consent to disclose (such as confidential information of others, including your employer).
Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
Post anything that contains software viruses, worms, or other harmful code.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or any related technology that is not open-source.
Imply or state that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Link Puller without our express consent.
Rent, lease, loan, trade, sell/re-sell, or otherwise monetize the Services or related data or access without Link Puller’s consent.
Use bots or other automated methods to access the Services.
Monitor the Services’ availability, performance, or functionality for any competitive purpose.
Engage in “framing”, “mirroring”, or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services.
Interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load on, the Services (e.g., spam, denial of service attack, viruses, gaming algorithms).

10. Service Availability & Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate services or accounts without prior notice if Terms are violated.
Upon termination, Users lose access to their accounts and services.
Certain provisions (intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability) survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee SEO results, search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes.
Use of third-party publisher websites is at your own risk. We are not liable for their content, availability, or actions.
Users acknowledge that guest posting involves risks, including possible deindexing, link type changes, or removal of content by publishers.

12. Indemnity

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Link Puller, its officers, directors, employees, and agents against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) User’s use of the services; (b) User’s violation of these Terms; (c) User’s violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy.
This obligation survives termination of the Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific disputed order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost traffic, lost rankings, lost profits, or reputational harm.
No liability exists for publisher-controlled actions, including site shutdowns, legal removals, link type changes, or deindexing by Google.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction].
Users agree that disputes must first be submitted to hello@linkpuller.com for resolution.
If unresolved within 30 business days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in [Governing Jurisdiction].
Disputes will be handled in accordance with these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to the Terms of Use

Link Puller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notifying the User.
Each time you use the Services, the current version of the Terms and Conditions will apply. The most recent version will always be available at linkpuller.com.
By accepting these Terms, you agree that you are responsible for periodically reviewing updates or changes.
By continuing to use the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and will comply with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policies of Link Puller and of all payment providers used by linkpuller.com (including Paddle).
